Use gtk-doc abbrevs instead of spelled out links.

* gtk/tree_widget.sgml: Use gtk-doc abbrevs instead of
spelled out links.

* gtk/gtk-docs.sgml: Included the processed file xml/tree_widget.sgml.

* gtk/Makefile.am (expand_content_files): Add tree_widget.sgml.
